Restore your purchase
Open Simple TV Remote, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.
Restore on a new iPhone
- Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to buy the unlock.
- Install Simple TV Remote and open it.
- Go to Settings › Restore Purchases.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, the unlock is removed from the app.

How do I restore my Simple TV Remote purchase?
Open Simple TV Remote, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with.
Do I have to pay again on a new iPhone?
No. The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. Install the app on the new iPhone and tap Restore Purchases.
Why didn’t Restore Purchases work?
Usually the iPhone is signed in to a different Apple Account. Check Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases, then try again.
Is the unlock a subscription?
No. It’s $5.99 once, with no renewals. There’s nothing to cancel.
How do I get a refund?
