Start at the top. The TV doesn't show a code 1. Check that your iPhone and the TV are on the same Wi-Fi network. 2. Make sure the TV is on and showing the Android TV home screen. 3. Restart the TV by holding the power button on the TV, then try again. The app can't turn the TV on 1. Turn on Settings > Network & Internet > Remote start via Wi-Fi (or via LAN). 2. Turn the TV off with the remote, not with the mains power switch. 3. Panasonic notes that this feature may not work in some network conditions. An Ethernet connection can help.
